The Oxford Youth wishes to thank all of the church and community bakers who volunteered to supply our Pre- Thanksgiving Pie Sale with over 50 delicious homemade pies, as well as the wonderful customers who purchased all of the pies. We made over $1400 to benefit our youth mission project, Kristene’s Cabin.
In December, we had a Giving Tree in the sanctuary, filled with glistening paper angel ornaments. Congregants took an ornament and accompanied it with their love donations to benefit the Kristene’s Cabin Project. To date, the mission fund has reached over $7,000.00. Soon our youth will be submitting articles to our conference and union literary magazines. We are continuing to follow God’s guidance and timing for this project. Please continue to keep it in prayer.
